By using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. WILDBella reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time without notice.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay, and ZipPay. All transactions are secure, and payment information is not stored unless saved within your online account.
Days of Operation and Deliveries
WILDBella does not operate on Sundays, public holidays, or during Christmas. Orders placed for these days will be delivered on the next business day. Extended closures during Christmas will be announced in advance.
Gift Products
You can add gifts to any flower or plant delivery. Delivery fees are included in the gift set price, with extra fees for delivery outside our standard zones.
Products Containing Alcohol
Alcohol sales are limited to certain quantities and must be delivered as a gift to an adult other than the purchaser. Proof of age may be required.
Ordering Online
We need your full name, address, email, phone number, and payment details to process your order. An order confirmation number will be provided. Ensure accurate delivery details to avoid issues.
Pricing
Prices exclude delivery fees and are subject to change without notice. All prices are in NZD and include GST.
Flowers
Flower availability varies daily based on seasonal quality. We do not offer refunds on flowers. If quality issues arise, contact us with a clear photo for assessment.
Deliveries
The order cut-off for same-day delivery is 2 pm. We operate only within specified areas. Delivery hours are approximately 12:30 pm to 5 pm. Tracking information will be provided.
Failed Deliveries and Re-Deliveries
We do not provide refunds for failed deliveries due to incorrect information or inaccessible properties. One free re-delivery is offered per order; additional attempts incur fees.
Hospital Deliveries
If the recipient has been discharged or the hospital rejects the delivery, we will arrange re-delivery with applicable fees for new addresses.
